Why wont my motorola razor v3 turn on? help please just got this phone!?

so i got my motorola razor from ebay a few days ago, and it was working great, i loved all the features on it and everything, well, one day it almost ran out of power, as i was at a friends house, i decided to plug it into the controler charger on his ps3, then later that day, i turned the phone off, after i had wanted to turn it back on, it just went to the HelloMoto screen, and then shut back off, i JUST got this phone, so is there a way for me to get it to work again? please help me on this question, i just got this phone and i dont want to pay another 40 bucks on a new one!
