why wont my motorola h700 work on my ps3?

I went through the pairing and everything. The ps3 lists itas a detected device and says its connected, but it is not working. When I play cod there is no speaker next to my name and i still hear everyone through the tv. Same thing when I tried my jabra bluetooth. Ps3 says its there and connected, bu not able to hear or talk with it
