Why wont my Motorola H350 bluetooth work on my PS3?

Well ive been using this bluetooth for like 5 months now and it worked perfectly on my ps3. the other i wanted to use it on my phone, so i did use it and it worked, then today i disconnected it and deleted it off my phone and when i try and connect it to my ps3 it dosent connect, and i waited like 2 minutes for it and it wouldnt scan it. what do it do? is there a way to resore the whole bluetooth. oh and i have a Motorola H350
 
You have to pair it with the ps3 again. A headset can only be paired with one device at a time. To stick your headset in pairing mode, while the device is off, hold the call button for 6-10 seconds until the blue light is steadily lit. Tell your ps3 to start scanning and it should find it. Enter the 0000 passkey and you're done.
