i am trying to update to 4.3 i currently have 4.2.1
but everytime i press update when it is done backiing up a message pops up saying:
the ipod could not be updated. An unkown error occured (3601)
then it asks me if i want more information and i click on it but it says stuff about restoring and i dont wanna do that because all my songs are on another itunes but they all got erased...i also did a little hack on ibackupbot so idk if that kus be the problem, please help, this has never happend to me
