I have an iphone that I have had for a while, but I have started to have problems after getting (and trying to sync with) a new windows 7 laptop. I am currently running the latest updates for the iphone and iTunes (3.1.3 and 9.1.0.79, respectively). Windows 7 wont even recognize the iphone (though it did briefly/intermittently at first). Also, whether plugged in via USB or wall charger, phone doesn't recognize that it is being charged. It will actually charge, however VERY slowly. The battery meter doesn't usually register more than about 45% charged. Not sure if it a software/firmware problem or maybe a battery...hopefully not more. Thanks for the help!
