Why wont my iphone 3g 3.1.2 jailbreak?

I jailbroke my phone awhile ago then I guess when I updated to 3.1.2 (7D11), cydia is no longer there, Ive attempted to jailbreak again but i am having no luck with getting cydia to install. Any ideas?

Running a PC
Itunes 8.2.0.23
