I'm working in notepad with some simple HTML code. When I first put the code in and save as html, I see my work fine. Then afterwards, I make a small change, and save it. My saved work in notepad doesn't update even when I click refresh in my web browser. I already tried using Google chrome, mozilla and then internet explorer to try to open it with changes. It won't update ! HELP!
