i have an HP psc 1210 and through it HO Director and HP Photo & imaging installed. the printer works fine, perfectly, but the HP director never worked, and i didnt mind it much, cus the HP Photo & Imaging worked fine. but lately, whenever i want to open a picture from there to fix, i get this message:
Cannot launch -CTxID #Hewlett-Packard -P HPQTHB08 "F:1MSDCF\design study\DSC00903.JPG"
i dont know whats wrong, and i dont know what to do. i tried to uninstall and reinstall, but it didnt work. i tried to update the program, but that didnt work either.. maybe im doing it the wrong way? please help!!!
