Why won't my Honda Accord start?

I have a 92 Honda Accord EX. This is my first car, we've had it since I'd say maybe 98. The car is in great shape and everything, the only problem is it won't start on a very very hot day, sometimes in the winter. When I turn on the ignition it does crank but then it dies out. No its not the battery, its brand new. We've changed the ignition coil, the spark plugs, wires, distributor, distributor cap, fuel filter, heck we've done so much to the car, I've lost track. I don't know what it is. But this problem only happens mostly during the summer, when the weather is scorching. Anybody have the same problem? Better yet, anybody know what it could be?

And I noticed that this happens to a lot of Hondas, wonder why. Either way, I just don't want to have to take it to the dealership, I'd pay extra.
