why wont my GM commands on my MS private server work?

what the title says...
please answer =/
i use Titan
and my local host is v55
everything pretty much works, but my GM commands dont. I cant do any command, none work. i set myself as a Super GM and it says so as my job, but {repeating the question} Why wont my commands work? ._.
