why won't my ford focus 2003 duel overhead cam manual trans start. Put in

new engine, turns over but no spark.? Don't know what to do, put the engine in and the lights, radio,and everything else works but theirs no spark so it won't start, checked the battery, starter, timing and compression. Don't know what else to do .
