Apparently I do have adhd but she wont prescribe me any stimulants. I never had a case of abusing drugs, but she just wont prescribe me it she wont even prescribe me ambien ( its for insomnia )which helps me a lot! and she ends up giving me this drowsy medication thats for treating depression/insomnia and takes like 5hours to work and i end up over sleeping 15 hours and can't get up for 2 days straight.
About the ADHD thing she prescribe me Strattera I hate it absolutely hate it, it took a long time to kick in and when it did i felt like the biggest slug alive and i was a zombie. I want something to help me concentrate not make me feel like zombie.
Should I get a new doctor? Or should i wait a couple months to tell her the Strattera is just straight up not working.
All this doctor thinks is I have depression and im bipolar , which iam not. im just depressed because I need to get my senior year homework's done and i can't concentrate so i'am up till 7am and i end up moving around and can't sit still.
I can't even trust this doctor, my parents are paying and the insurance is paying for no reason i want someone who I can let out my life too, without telling anybody but i just get no trust from her, she always wants me in the hospital to get checked even though i have a fear of hospitals.
