When I click on it I will get the hourglass (I use vista , so the circle thingy) and it'll appear in the task manager but it will never open. I have uninstalled it completely and re installed it 3 times now and restarted after each un-installation and installation.
I think it definitely has something to do with my virus protection, I use Norton 360 that I just installed. PSP was working fine until I installed Norton.
What settings should I put Norton in to let it launch PSP?
