Hey, so I have a blue LG KS360 and the other month, it fell down a flight of stairs so yeah, it got broken. I gave it an LG center to fix it and they replaced this part and now it's (thankfully) working again. But today, we just had a party in my office and I took pictures of me and my co-workers, and I wanted to upload it to my FB account but when I plugged it in, my computer wouldn't recoginze it so I called my friend and asked her if she could help me. She took it step by step and it eventually led her to download LG PC Manager thing but when she clicked "Open" to open it, it said that there was no phone connected to it which is weird because I checked the connections (USB cable, CPU, if it was faulty) and it was all functioning and my LG screen remained the same despite that I used it already once before it fell on my HP laptop and there was supposed to be a globe icon with arrows around it. Now, what's wrong? PLEASE HELP!!! Thank you!
And by the way, does it have anything to do with it falling down the stairs and having one part replaced? Or maybe it was a couple of parts, I forgot, it happened about three months ago. Thank you!
