why wont my cars fan work? 1994 acura integra?

hi, i have a 1994 acura integra whos fan wont work even after driving for an hour. I got a new radiator about 3 weeks ago, and today my car temperature gauge showed that it was starting to overheat, I pulled over, and there was no coolant or antifreeze in thradiato or reservoir tank, what happened? I filled the radiator with water and it doesnt leak. What could be the problem for the fan not turning on?
 
its possible that its leaking into another part of the engine get all seals checked
 
check the thermostat. it might be not working so it wont open and allow the water to do the "long cycle" to make the fan work
