Why won't my car stop honking in GTA San Andreas and how can I fix it?

This is an extremelly annoying problem. The horn doesn't stop, it goes constantly while you are in the car. It makes the game unplayable for me. It may be worthy to note that the car with hydraulics don't have this problem at all and act normally
