Hi, i have a 97 VW Jetta, and it will not start, or make any noise at all while turning the key. It has a factory alarm,so im guessing a kill switch, and it also has a missing hose going from in the car,to somewhere in the engine, and its missing a yellow fuse near the engine. Can somebody please help. Thank you.
