I followed the instruction booklet exactly. The light on the headset is supposed to remain steadily on during pairing mode in order for it to sync properly to my phone. After fulling charging the device, it blinks 3 times when I turn it on and then goes dark. I can't even get to the point where I can start to pair it. Any suggestions? Or should I just send it back?
My phone is on bluetooth and pairing. I actually had the previous H700 model which operates nearly identical to this model therefore I don't have a problem with how to use it. It's the actual bluetooth headset that won't go into pairing mode.
