After leaving hibernation mode, my Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000 would no longer work, even though the computer acknowledged that the device. However, my cell phone's Bluetooth was working just fine with the computer. I followed some online instructions and altered my Bluetooth Service with service.msc, but now neither of my devices work, and my computer won't let me add them back on - it won't even detect them.
Why won't my Bluetooth devices work any more?
