I tried to send an Email of a picture for my new ID using my Blackberry Pearl (flip). I have the premium package for my phone meaning, I have unlimited Internet, SMS, MMS, Emails etc. When I click send Email, I goes to the inbox/outbox and begins sending, but then the phone vibrates and the Email I tried to send has a red X where the checkmark and he D belongs (meaning the message was sent and delivered) but because the X is in its place, the phone is telling me "message not sent". What do I do?
