why wont my blackberry bold download anymore songs?

on my old phone i had no problem. i could download as many as i wanted from tubidy. when i first got my blackberry it WAS allowing me to download songs but recently wenever i have tried to download songs it just says the file is to big though i am able to download apps which take much more memory. i have a memory card in and i havent even used it yet. my phone has 3 songs and about 10 pictures on it so it cant be a memory proble. why is this happening
