ok well i had my 98 dodge neon sitting for about 18 months off the road.
when i took it for a test drive today the car wouldn't go past 3500 rpms. if was shifting fine into other gears. i checked the compression and it was fine. a little oil in 2 of the spark plugs.
any ideas what could be causing this?
