On cold mornings my 1997 Toyota Tercel is having a hard time starting. I turn the key and it sounds like it wants to start but won't. I give it a little gas and it still won't start. After trying for about 10 minutes it will finally turn over and start. After it starts I have to rev the engine a few times and it sounds like it settles down. Then it takes awhile for it to come to a good idle. Also, if it rains and I try to start the engine it rumbles and sputters for a few minutes.
