My 2005 Dodge Neon SXT will rev to 2300 rpm, then cut out like its a rev limiter and wont cut back on until its at 1500. RPM. Took it to Autozone, and the battery and alternator both failed. After I changed them both, the car worked as advertised. A day later, i get the same problem of the car not revving past 2300 rpm, (in neutral or while driving (its a manual)). Autozone tested the battery and Alternator, and they are good. WTF? What do I do now?
