Hi there,
I have a 2 1/2 month old puppy and he wont walk outside on his harness.
The harness fits him well, its not big and not small.
Yesterday I took him out front to smell around the driveway and steps outside my house so he can get fimiliar with it and used to it, but all he does is sit. He did sniff around a little bit, but not to much. Then when I try and walk, he just sits. And when i try and pull him a little, he resists and pulls back and starts biting the leash.
What can I do?
