Why wont my 1999 dodge stratus compressor turn?

Ok my compressor finally went out after it started smoking on me and my belt poped off. I had both of these replaced along with the ac drier and an idling pulley. I put freon in it along with the oil and all it did was blow hot air. Today when i drove it it blew kind cool while i had it on high and the outside vent on but i was sweating bricks. Then i looked at the compressor now its not turning. CAN ANYBODY HELP PLEASE>
 
You should make sure it is properly charged. If so u should run the refrgerant with the dye in it to check for leaks. If still no luck with that, you could check your pressure swith that is in front(plug inon the line) for continuity. And finally it could be your relay in fuse panel under hood.
