A anthony New member Feb 6, 2011 #1 I have a 1995 honda Civic 1.5L vtec engine and it isnt starting. I have replaced the ignition control module, ignition coil, wires, cap and rotor. What is the problem? ohhh and it is cranking over but not starting.
