I have a 1990 honda civic i just bought it a couple days ago and when i was driving it home i noticed it wasn't going above 4500 RPM or so and its a 4spd now but there was a 5spd on it also it has headers a dumb *** tin can exhaust and i also put a cold air intake and iridium spark plugs and the rest is stoke i know but that's how i bought it please help me is the 2 and half in. exhaust to big? mabey its bigger but has the stock cat on it still... thanks any ideas?
i know its not a little race car but ive been in a few fast cars in my day im not a teenager the person i got it from was but i didn't think of that other than the Governor
