why won't my 1990 buick Lesabre start?

i have a 1990 buick lesabre and i changed the spark plugs,relays, charged the battery and it still will not crank i put gas in the car and it still will not crank i sparyed starter fluid in the trottle and it still will not crank but i know my car has cracked or blown head gasket could that be the promblem?
 
Are you saying the car wont "crank over" or "not start- crank no start"? It its a "no crank", then yes, it very well could be caused from a cracked head or blown head gasket. You may have a cylinder filled up with coolant causing hydro-lock. The easiest way to ck for that would be to remove all the spark plugs, then try and see if it cranks over, if so, then find which cylinder has coolant in it and repair the leak
