Heres a little back ground, I rode my bike all day and noticed it starting hard a few times and then at the end of the day I tried to start it one last time and it was like wur... wur... then nothing but a single click, once when i hit the start button, and once when i let go, so two per push. These clicks sound like they are coming from the sylonoid. The head light will go completely out when i push the start button. Also if i hold the start button for more than five seconds i can hear a high pitched whine that i think is coming from the starter. I have been able to ride my bike by pop starting it. I have been on short ten minute rides and on long one hour rides since this problem has occured so I do not believe that it is my battery. I also believe that it is not my battery due to the fact that I put the multi meter on it and it read 12.87 volts. I f anyone could tell me what sort of problem I have, sylonoid, starter, etc... I would very much appreciate the help, thank you.
