Why won't my 1985 Ford Bronco II start?

It has been well maintained through out the years and ran fine until a few days ago it suddenly died when I was going down the road. The lights still turn on and the starter motor kicks on, but the engine will not start. How can I check if fuel is reaching the engine? Is this a distributor problem?

You may have flooded the engine. Without adding more fuel, keep trying the ignition (30 seconds or so) and see what happens.
