My dad just hooked up my sisters old computer for me and my sister to use. I signed into my e-mail and noticed that my chat wasn't there. I'm trying to talk to my sister and i click her bubble that says online and it says to Access chat you must sigh in first. So i clicked sign in to chat and it didn't do anything but bring my chat online offline list thing up. I keep trying to change it to available and it won't do anything and when i try to chat to my sister it brings up the same message again and again! What do i need to do?
