im having trouble with my Creative zen V plus mp3 player, the display on the screen won't show up, i turn it on, and the screen wont turn on, i can hear the video's audio and music, but the screen wont start. i erased its memory, then i upgraded it with a firmware, and i tried getting help from the creative website.
