I am 5'3'' and my weight is between 118-122 lbs (fluctuates throughout the day/week). I eat am extremely conscious about what i eat and i only eat fresh fruits and veggies, lean protein and whole grains with lots of fiber.

I am aware that I am not overweight and that I am in the healthy range, but I want to be as lean as i can be- i'm shooting for 110 lbs, which i think is perfect for somebody 5'3''. I have been trying to lose weight since january, but i have boosted my exercise routine more and more over the last couple of weeks. within the last month, i worked out for 1-2 hours a day, 5 days a week and i ate very healthy. within the last 2-3 weeks, i amped up my exercise routine and have been extra careful about what i eat.

for the past 2-3 weeks, i have been working out 2-4 hours a day.

Mondays, i swim for 90 minutes, then have a modern dance class for an hour and 40 minutes, then i go to the gym and run for an hour (sometimes more if i feel up to it). I don't count my dance class as part of my work out, but i want to point out that i am completely active from 2:00 (when i start swimming) till 8 or 9 o'clock (when i finish at the gym)

on tuesdays i have a swim class from 11-11:50, then i swim again from 2:30-4:00, then i go to the gym for another hour or two when i get home.

wednesdays i swim for an hour and a half and then go to the gym for another 2 hours.

thursdays i have the same 50 minute swim class as on tuesday, but i don't go back to the pool after that, instead, i go to the gym for two hours when i get home.

fridays i dont have class, so i spend the day exercising. i swim for 90-120 minutes, then go to the gym for an hour or so.

saturdays i usually go to the gym for an hour or two. sometimes i swim, but not always.

if i need a day off, i take sunday off, but i still usually go to the gym and run for an hour on sundays too.

then the week starts all over.

I work out a lot, and i have a super healthy heart rate(50-55 beats per minute) and my body fat% is about 17.5% but i have not lost one single pound since i started in January. not ONE.

i usually burn between 1,000-1,700 calories a day, and i eat between 1400 and 1800 calories a day, depending on how hard my workout was/how hungry i am that day.

my body is more toned and it is tighter than it was, but i still don't see THAT much of a difference.

i am getting extremely frustrated with this and it really upsets me that nothing seems to be working. i really don't know what to do---i can't add anymore workout time, i don't even have time to myself anymore. i'm afraid to cut down on working out too, even if it might be beneficial.

ive thought about talking to my doctor, but i feel that she might tell me i don't need to lose weight because im already healthy. i know i'm not fat, but i want to be lean and i want to look healthy. i don't look as healthy as i am inside, and i want to be healthy inside and out.

am im not being patient enough? what am i doing wrong?
