...announcing what race he is? Why won't Eric Spoelstra just put an end to the questions and distractions by coming forward and telling everyone what race he is? I know that it's personal but when you're a public figure and the uncertainty is having a negative effect on your team shouldn't Spoelstra just do the professional thing and move on?
