WHY wont dawn of war 2 play on my boot camped mac book pro?

It is freshly boot camped mac book pro with windows7 that i got brand new for christmas. after its installed it and i try and run it it says, it failed to find a rendering device tells me to check if i meet the reqired specs, and tells me to check if direct x is properlly installed.
