I've had my new Cricket paygo phone for a little over two weeks now, and every so often I get a text saying that I've received a new multimedia message, and provides a link to the mycricket website to view it. The only problem is, every time I've tried to open the link in my browser, it says the page keeps timing out. This has happened both on Firefox as well as Internet Explorer. I was told by friends that I had to sign up for a mycricket account to view my multimedia messages, but apparently they don't allow paygo customers this feature. All I want is just to see the dang messages. How do I go about this?
Why won't Cricket let me access my multimedia messages?
