Why Won't Crazy Arcade Open?

I have Windows Vista and I recently downloaded Crazy Arcade. It won't open, though ): I get a pop up box asking me permission to continue so I click continue then.. nothing. How the heck do I fix this .__. My computer isn't a Korean one by the way.. Does that have a part in it?
