Why won't Adobe Flash player download for me on Firefox?

When i go to Dizzler.com, I try and play music. But then it says "You need to Install Abobe Flash before you can listen to music", so i go to Adobes website and i click install Abobe, But then the box comes up and it only gives me the options to "Save File" or "Cancel" but it doesn't say "Run", so i click save file. So then i go to Dizzler and it still says i have to install Adobe Flash Player. Why is this?
 
Because you've only saved the file, now you need to find it on your computer and click it to run it. The "run" option you're talking about does this automatically, but if you only "save" it then you still need to run it. Just remember where you saved it to on your pc when you download it.
