Why when i try and watch say, itv.com, i can start watching a programme and after

20 seconds it freezes!? if i try and watch anything on my p.c, it will freeze, i can get stuff up on youtube and it will freeze but with that channel i can forward it alittle and it will continue, other sites that i visit are just impossible to try and watch, help! please!
