I have Adobe Pro and I fill out forms for ppl...borrring I know. Anyway, after I fill out the form & e-mail it to them they look at it from their iPhone (I think only iPhone but it could be other smartphones too) & tell me the form is blank. So I tell them to go to a Computer to view it in all it's splendor and there it is, filled-out. Why is this and what can I tell the customer so maybe they can fix the glitch? It's inconvenient for them to confirm by getting over to a computer. Thanks.
