Hopeless romantic

when the guy i like returned back to working similar shifts as me i avoided him. He spoke to me though and said bye and made a joke about this being hi and bye and asked when i was in next teling me i might see him. i did see him and he held the door for me and i said thankyou, he said that's altite yu alrite bt i didnt reply. he spoke to me after that and i was replying but then he got annoyed at me for some reason.
this annoyance continued into the next shift until my mum came in and embarassed me asking me is daniel in which im guessing he got told about as he was nice to me straight after. The shift after that he smiled and said morning enthusiasticallyi smiled and said morning back. He kept looking at me when i was doing a hot chocloate by him. He was nice again the next shift and speaking to me quite a lot and helping me out and explaining things and was like saying with his bad mopping and my bad sweeping imagine wat a team member we'd make. He was the only to say bye to me when i was going down when i first arrived for my shift..and i think he kept looking over at me, but i'm not sure it felt like that. When we were walking home i turned round to and saw him walking quite far behind, and then he sped up t catch up with me and was walking and talking to me.
When i got home he liked both my statuses but didn't reply to my comment on one of them that was t him and was flirting with this other girl a lot on his facebook yesterday. Also all he said to me in the hour i saw him today was alright. Why??? My manager who's friends with him seems to be being nicer to me since the incident with my mum
