Why shouldnt a state have the ability to nullify a federal law under the Constitution?

We are individual states, combined to make a union. Shouldnt the states have the right to say, no, we will not accept this unconstitutional rule

We signed the constitution, we did not sign up for any ruling the federal bench hands down

Remember Judicial Review is NOT in the constitution
