Yes it is cruel.
A dog has not had the CHOICE to fight, and it's 'owners' have pushed them into it.
Even with people fighting, someone will go in and stop it. If a dog fights another, someone will go and stop it. BUT if it's done for money/entertainment etc, there is no one to stop it and one dog will sadly die.
It's discusting!
