Worth complaining against a group of young people that lives next to my flat and pass the night beating on the walls to harass and dont let me sleep?Because since May im complaining,my landlord and other neighbours complained,I already recorded the sound and sent a file with a Month of noise and warden team just talk with them and after that they do worst,and they know that is me complaining and who will protect me in the end?I remenbered what happened in London last August because the Police in here are too soft with criminals
