My macbook has been a taddd sluggish lately but nothing too bad that would make me want to re-install the OS yet. I just recently downloaded a torrent for Photoshop Cs4 and got it working perfectly but when I run it, it takes forever to load up and it lags alot when I try to draw or do anything else in it. Any idea why this could be? I feel like my laptop could be running faster, but I have never had anything run slow like this before. I even use music production/DJ programs which run perfectly fine.
I'm running OSX w/ 2.53 GHz Processor. 4GB RAM. I have a 300GB hardrive and I have 155GB occupied. I have tried running the disk utility to repair & used iAntivirus but nothing came up for either. What can I do?
