I was just checking on the internet and i found that Pakistan's intelligence agency(ISI) is number one in top ten world's intelligence agencies.Pakistan is a terrorist country,but still its intelligence rank at number one,EVEN BETTER than CIA.It is considered the best of all world's other intelligence agencies.Why is that????Any reason??here is a link:
