why my MacBook mb402 E/A makes a weird noise?

Hi,I've recently heared a weird noise in my mac,specialy when I'm on internet;it sounds like trrrrrrrrrrrrrr in the right part of the keyboard.
What can be causing this noise???

Its a mac Shame on u for buying one in the first place 2nd and try shaking the mac book to see if u can hear Disconnected pieces
