Why my iPod Touch 4G wont connect my computer through bluetooth?

I did the regular steps to connect and it ends up saying its that something is wrong

When i check what is wrong, my computer said (no computers don't talk lol) "Bluetooth Peripheral Device doesn't have a driver"

But my dad connected his iPod touch 4G to his computer through Bluetooth
