Purchase it yesterday from T- mobile in the box brand new. At least that what "I" though! However, after 24 hours of charing it it still will not power up! I took it back to T Mobile store where I purchase it from, they check it out and said "they" believe its factory defective.
So where do we go from here I ask. You will have to call customer service. Ok, I did that. Customers service said the same exact thing T Mobile had already stated. Anyone know how to repair this mess before I do something I might regret later on in life!
